Many things to mention - everything was fairly clean, fabulous food, nice views. The staff were all efficient and helpful. This accommodation was in the very central location close to everything. Moreover, its just off train station, bus station and supermarket. We had a really nice time...

Thoroughly enjoyed having warm breakfast.
Had facilities needed in my double room, including an electronic key card, a flat screen TV, and a study table. Good service, although a few employees were kind of rude.

Ideal hotel, quiet atmosphere, incredible location close to all restaurants. Location close to train station, bus station and supermarket and the trams. Around 4-6 minutes away by foot from Fureai Ika Park and other tourist attractions.

Great location! It's super convenient being right next to an Aeon supermarket, the train station, and the Hakodate Morning Market. 🛒 the hot breakfast served here is tasty and there are plenty of meal options to choose from.

The view of the street from my brand-new and fashionable room was pleasant. I enjoyed that this hotel offered wake-up service. - It was in an amazing location near the railway station, tram line, supermarket, and Hakodate market. - It was only a short distance to Hakodateken, where you can have lunch.

Staying here was a great experience! This venue had the ideal location, being so close to the train station with access to all the local restaurants. It was also fantastic having an Aeon supermarket nearby. The friendly and accommodating staff provided excellent service. The room amenities were exceptional and provided everything I needed, including towels and free toiletries. I appreciated the added bonus of free Wi-Fi in the room, which was incredibly convenient. The soundproofed rooms were perfect for a good night's sleep, and I enjoyed using the flat-screen TV. The spa and wellness centre, as well as the hot spring bath, were both a lovely way to unwind.
I recommend this hotel to everyone, it was a fantastic experience!
